About: My husband is a body builder/physical therapist – he has been after me for years to weight train seriously. Through our years of marriage, I would start and stop, finally at the age of 45 I was fed up with myself and began to take it seriously. I have turned my health and life around. My passion is fitness and helping other women unlock their potential through weight training. At the age of 50, I now find myself in the best shape of my life.
My passion is to pass along years of experience & education to others. We will improve your health & lifestyle. A good fitness level is achievable. Women can begin weight training at any age – 9 or 99! At our first session, we will assess you current fitness level & record current measurements. We will set goals & put a program into place that fits your needs & schedule. We will reevaluate & remeasure monthly to see our progress in both health & fitness level. I will teach you to exercise with proper form. At the end you will feel comfortable walking into any gym & picking up weights!
I specialise in:
(You can choose to have half your session training and half your session massage or you can choose to have a full session of either. )
Training area: My own private, air conditioned gym in my home

Sunday 6 am – 9:30 pm
Monday– Thursday 6 am – 2 pm
Friday depending on availability.
